HP48GX ASEE Edition W/ Case, Cable, And Guides This is a special and limited edition HP48GX only given out at the 1993 ASEE (American Society for Engineering Education) conference, 1 of 2000. It comes with the serial cable, a programming and user guide, along with the Hewlett Packard soft case. The front of the case is a bit shiny, partially shiny and partially dull. I assume this is wear over time, as this was given to me by a civil engineer. These markings have no effect on the performance of the calculator; ASEE marking has no flaws. These are very special calculators, capable of accepting various ROM cards to perform calculations ranging from surveying to electrical engineering.
