Please note it comes with light kit 6456 but it is tricky to switch it on as the grey switch is loose in the wall block. Please see video. The bell is working. The lamps next to the king bed are working. The big balcony 3 rails are cracked on the right side. Manual is included for the house and the light kit too. Will be sent dismantled packed carefully in a cardboard box. It doesn’t have the original box. All in nice clean condition. 45
