This Hunter Rain-Clik rain sensor kit is brand new & never installed!! Model WR-CLIK-R comes with both the transmitter & receiver. The main issue I see with this item is that it is missing the instruction manual & the receiver antenna became a little tacky. Comes from a smoke free home & is being sold as-is
