Tile cutter. Used for one DIY project. Great little tool. Saves a load of time. Unfortunately, I’ve managed to misplace the cutting guide. (Never used it) so not sure if it matters too much. Cutting disk has some life left but would need replacing soon. Can post or collection if that’s easier.
