I used the hedge trimmer once but due to severe arthritis in my wrist I had to admit to defeat. The item works perfectly.I will now have to pay someone to jobs for me instead!! Enclosed with original box user manual, unopened grass shear, battery charging plug/lead and some useful ear plugs
