Panasonic reel to reel tape recorder with tapes as pictured. I tested this device and plugged it in. It is working to play back the tape. The wind feature is somewhat sluggish. It seems like the belts inside need to be serviced. The battery compartment cover is also missing. This is a beautiful real to real recorder that has a plug and is tested and working playing back tapes.
