This is a vintage 1995 Bandai Saban’s Masked Rider Slashing Skull Reaper action figure. It’s based on one of Count Dregon’s Skull Reaper monsters from the Masked Rider TV series, which was part of the wider Power Rangers universe during the 1990s. The figure stands at approximately 5 inches tall and shows some light wear consistent with age and play. Despite this, it still displays well and captures the distinctive look of the Skull Reaper character with its black outfit and skeletal detailing.
