Never used, brand new helmet from ruroc a good brand for helmet and any motorbike equipment. It comes with head phones and microphone from the same brand, pretty loud and charged comes with cables and everything. The only thing I would advice is, never charge the helmet headphones while on the helmet. You can easily take the battery out of the helmet and charge. If need any pictures I can provide
