Make sure that the centre panel (C) is aligned correctly with your spinal column – the padded centre piece should be placed against the spinal cord so the pads are on either side of your spine. You do not need to remove your lower body clothing.You can keep them on when fitting your Support Belt.The belt should sit directly above belt line.
