Condition: It is in Good condition for its age with overall light tonal ageing, on a flexible page with hand coloring. There are a couple of slightly bent corners, edge wear, browning, damp stain along the edges and handling smudges, otherwise the map area is very clean with very nice color, see the pics for more on condition.
