Very nice shakuhachi Jiari tozan 1.8 in D from Shunryu . Its an old instrument with a beautiful natural dark brown colour bamboo. The Chi hole has been removed down to get the perfect tuned ( A440Hz) , because it was too sharp , as usual with old shakuhachis . The inside bore is painted with few layers of red urushi . It plays very easy and has a nice soft and warm sound . Length 45cm / weight 403grs / holes diameter 10,5mm
