This ice cream maker is brand new and unused, however it does not come with the original box. There are a few tiny light scratches on the outer plastic parts of the round bowl – only cosmetic, caused by incorrect storage. It does not affect performance at all. Great piece of equipment – we already have one at home and received a second one as a gift, so this one is no longer needed. Works perfectly and makes delicious homemade ice cream
