The touchscreen is cracked and need to be replaced in order to make the touch function working again,been ducktaped to prevent shards spread or injuries,as normal laptop works flawlessly including webcam and FACE recognition,not easy to find one of these screens and the prices are a abomination for this model so i gave-up,sold as is,laptop,charger but NO PEN😢,thanks for watching
