The Deadfast Mouse Rat Killer is a preowned, partially used product that is ready to use and prebaited. This medium-sized, plastic station by Deadfast is designed for controlling mice and rats both indoors and outdoors. With a trap/catch control method, this model is certified for pest control in gardens and patios. I have used this system to catch rats that I had in my flat with success. It originally came with 6x bait but still has 3x bait remaining. The Deadfast bait is available to buy separately on ebay and various dIY stores.
