This item came to us as part of a joblot so we don’t know anything about its history. The vacuum works well on all 3 settings. It’s a very powerful vacuum. When we try to charge the battery the blue light comes on for around 5 seconds then goes off. So there seems to be an issue with either the charge cable or the battery.
