Hi there. The 3ds is in overall great condition despite a little bit of missing outer shell near the right shoulder button (please see photos). it doesn't affect functionality at all and is not noticeable during gameplay. I have included a USB charger and Mario 3d land and tomodachi life are preinstalled. The screens are in great condition too. I am happy to share more pictures at your request.
