From peak of tin roof to the bottom edge of the birdhouse is 12 inches. the body of the bird house is 4 inches x 4 inches. from edge to edge of the tin roof is 6 inches. the hanger is appx. 4 inches. Never used outside. purchased in mid 1990's. sold as is. review pictures.
