These shorts are size medium and made by Shein. They have an elastic waist and come with a matching belt. The waist measures approximately 13 1/2" across, the hips measure 21" across and the inseam is 2". They are made with 97% polyester and 3% spandex and machine washable. They are new without tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very nice shorts.
