some areas around the buttons are greyed, but they are white so naturally that will happen with use. I bought these because I wanted to swap from earbuds to a headset but I just don't like the feeling. The headset works perfectly fine, the detachable mic is very convenient and sounds great. I didn't use the RGB lights much but that is another cool feature. The charge time is fairly long, there are no downsides to using the headset while charging either, for my setup the cable was hardly in my way while plugged into the headset. comes with original packaging!
