You are looking at a vintage Parasol Lucite Handle and Tip with a bamboo shaft Umbrella. The button has a mark on it of a company I can not personally identify. You may know. It measures 23.5" in length in the closed position. It has a unique fabric pattern with intersecting white and red stripes. Very classy piece.
