The 60ml size is perfect for a 'shot' of coffee, like an espresso. Where as the 180ml & 230ml size is great if you prefer a larger cup of coffee! The more you use them, the cheaper they get. You can use any granulated/powdered/instant coffee of your choice, and even hot chocolate!
