Ice gems polar bear ceramic cookie/biscuit jar.... Mine was bought for a friend still have the original tag and black elastic band that holds it secure reason I didnt picture that cause the idiot I am I tore the tag off the black thing....lol its included inside the jar On the back of the head there seems cracking but it's under the glaze and no sign I side the head...feels smooth when you move your fingers over it...so it's not broken..took pics inside and out so you can see...
