This Firefly DE550 Wireless Video Otoscope is a full-size otoscope. It is manufactured by Firefly and does not require any wires for operation. It is designed for medical professionals to examine the ear canal and eardrum. This item has already been plugged into a computer and had the software installed and works amazingly. I never had the chance to use it in any professional manner unfortunately but am selling cheap. No refunds
