Doesn’t include the rail. Removed from a fresh import so is a genuine seat includes paperwork and certificate. Good condition some sun fade, comes with side and back covers. I am a 34 waist and it is tight/uncomfortable. Suited up to a 32 waist max, 32 maybe also be a bit tight.
