Arms are tightened to factory spec. Chairs are refurbished to factory spec across the board. We use factory matching paint that perfectlty replicates the chairs original colour. Most used & refurbished Aerons that dont have the gas cylinder replaced will experience faults quickly due to the age that the Aerons can be.
