this dress is beautiful. nice and light weight. top layer is sheer with black under layer. beautiful bold floral pattern. the top has basically a sewn in scarf on either side that comes down and wraps around the bodice and ties in back. strapless. in like new condition. no snags or tears. size 12 measurements bust 35" but has additional stretch due to built in elastic in back waist 32" again with additional stretch length from waist 28" sheer floral wedding strapless lightweight fit and flare summer vacation
