Toshiba Handheld e750 Pocket PC with Windows Mobile 2003+M.Office (PD750E-0001Q)
Working but needs new battery due to age. Battery in the pictures is the original but defective. Cradle/dock has a hairline crack but works as intended & holds unit securely.
