This is a fantastic opportunity to own a genuine lego version of one of the most sought-after modular buildings, without the premium price tag of an official set. The model was built using the rebirickable instructions which makes small substitutions for bricks such as the expensive front green 1x2s, all whilst still using genuine lego pieces. I cannot guarantee every single piece is present however it is over 99% complete. There is no box or instructions however, I was able to use the official online lego instructions to build this set.
