This Sony PlayStation 3 comes with two unofficial controllers, fully functional, all necessary cables and has 33 games already installed! Some are PS1 or PS2, but majority games installed are PS3. You can also use the installed PKGi store to download games. When starting the console, click "Enable HEN" and you should see a notification saying it's activated, so you can use all those apps and games. PKGi requires internet though.
