Scooter is brand new, it’s been returned to distributor then auctioned off, tested everything it works fine, the battery needs replacing. Would be perfect for anyone who’s good at fixing those batteries and replacing cells. Disclaimer it is illegal to ride those on the roads. Will take offers.
