Dell Inspiron 5000 Series, this laptop has a upgraded ram from standard 8gb ram to 16gb ram. it comes with a preinstalled version of windows 10. charger is also included but the device needs a new battery as the old one wont charge anymore and needs to be plugged into the mains when using the device.
