Item is brand new and unused, but the base shelf is out of it's packaging, please see pictures. The plastic base shelf (that's at the bottom of the stand) is approximately 46cm by 40cm. There is no shelf at the top, that's where the 2 metal prongs hang over to place your vintage TV on. Please buy with confidence, check out my feedback. Any questions, just ask.
