In working order. Comes with USB cable and cigarette lighter cable. It shows signs of use and age. The rubber rubbery plastic on the casing of the tom tom is showing wear and tear but you don't really notice that much it when it's the mount stand. It comes in a ram mount but i do not have the other part of the mount that goes in the car. No instructions included.
