SCROLL DOWN TO SEE ALL THE PHOTOS. This is a great ANTIQUE MICROSCOPE SLIDE CABINET. In my estimation it dates from around the late 19th Century, but please make up your own mind about this. The cabinet measures approx 8 inches (205mm) wide, by 4 inches (100mm) deep, by 3 inches (75mm) tall. It is made from polished wood, with brass catches and holds 11 slide trays. The recesses for the slides are 3 inches ( 75mm) by 1 inch (25mm). Each tray holds 6 slides, the cabinet will hold 66 slides in total. It is in good, antique condition, with but no damage. This is a fine example of its type and it would make a great addition to any collection. Please see photographs for condition and type. weight approx 630 grams.
