This is the 1.4 annex version for vans & 4x4’s. I bought at brand new 2 and a half years ago. In the approx 20 times I’ve used the tent, I’ve only used the annex around 7 or 8 times so everything is as as good as new. The outside weather cover is only 4 months old as it was replaced under warranty due to stitching issue. One of my LandRover’s was 17 inches higher than a standard one, so I had to have an extension made for the bottom of the ladders which is not shown, but I will also include this in the sale and it slots in the bottom of the ladders.
