To apply decal. Clean and dry area the decal is to be placed. Go over the decal and using a credit card or similar to smooth out any air bubbles. If you find the design sticking to the white backing paper firmly go over the backing paper with a credit card or similar to help design adhere to the clear transfer sheet.
