Yellow wire connect to Turn Signal positive at close range ( left blinker ). Blue wire connect to Turn Signal positive at longer range( right blinker ). Depending on car models. Mostly is like this way : take off the turn signal Wiring Harness, find out the turn signal wire by a test pencil ,the flashing one is turn signal bulb wire.
