This is a fantastically rare Griswold “Erie” No 9 Round Griddle 739. This piece was made in the late 1800s, but cooks as well as the day it was made. Its cooking surface is wonderfully smooth, but the center has some minor wear from decades of use. This wear will eventually season over with further use. This griddle sits flat, but does have a cosmetic chip opposite the handle. 6.5/10 condition. This piece is priced to cook, taking its chip and history into account.
