I've owned from new It was used for printing postage labels out for a former business. I never had any issues with it and had it serviced annually. unfortunately I haven't used it for around 18 months and when I turned it on it's giving a ink pad warning. I'm sure this is a easy fix for someone. the printer may need a overall service with not being used for some time. I have a similar printer which I still use daily and highly recommend.
