Very good condition 100% complete set with all minifigures, all 5 instructions, and all original spares, including a 2nd large yellow fire pole piece. The set is in great shape, with no clear signs of particular wear or use, and I have cleaned up and adjusted the stickers so they are all looking great too. All minifigures are complete and have no hairline fractures. Manuals in great shape aside from one crease on the front page of manual 1. All spares included according to bricklink inventory.
