In 'School of Rock' (2003), Jack Black plays genial loser Dewey Finn, lead guitarist in a bar band aiming to win a regional battle-of-the-bands competition. Going against the school's remit he is soon teaching his class all he knows about rock music, including Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, and The Who, after coming up with the idea that he could enter them in for the competition.
