No remote Comes with only what is shown . The coal is loose so this will be bagged up for safe shipping. PAT tested When I first turned this on it smoked a fair bit due to dust build up, the smoke eventually stopped as it burnt away, this may happen when you receive it. I would recommend if possible to turn this on outside for the first time. It’s a bit noisy with the flame effect turned on.
