The Actual Size is: Seat tube 58m Center to Center or 59.5cm Center to Top with a 57.5cm center to center top tube. The Head tube is 188mm tall. The Bottom Bracket Thread is Italian 36 x 24. The serial # P0486C I had trouble dating this but, I am pretty sure this is a Italian made Masi and the 86 in the serial is 1986.
