new but has some scratches from storage. The height is 18" with 1/4" of the hardware at the top. The wheel is appx 8 3/4" tall. Max load of the tire it says is 295 lbs. Spring loaded gate caster with semi pneumatic wheel. Has a side mounted plate that is 5 5/8" tall. Comes in box with some writing on it.
