These sony XM5 earbuds are great devices with good sound and microphone quality, on top of great battery life and noise cancelling performance in noisy environments. They are reliable devices. This device is in great condition, recently bought and hasn't been used too much but not because of anything wrong with them. The original box and foam ear tips will be provided with the purchase, as well as custom rubber fit eartips as shown in the photos (I purchased these replacements for comfort, there is a spare pair of these in the box that remains untouched).
