Old fashioned porcelain butter/cheese dish is the lid only, no base plate was with it. It is done in a pretty strawberry and leaves design and a green handle. It is signed Margery on the top. This hand painted butter/cheese dish was beautifully done by an accomplished local porcelain artist Margery Scherschligt of Lansing, MI.
