New "NOS" VGC, Huret Mini-Size Speedometer tested works, spins up nicely
Outer case is plastic, and you will need a Huret/Schwinn style handlebar mounting bracket to use. This also will work with any size wheel. You only need to match the driver size, to your wheel size.
