Playstation 4 500GB with no issues. Comes with power cable and USB cable. No HDMI cable. Blue wired controller has no issues, black ps4 controller has had the L2 and R2 replaced by myself, hence the small colour change. Controller is fully working, but if you shake the controller there is a small rattle which i believe is the spring. Does not affect gameplay, however, but would be a little careful putting a lot of pressure on the R2 and L2. Black GioTech wireless controller is temperamental with gameplay but can be easily used as a remote for Youtube/Netflix etc. All reset to factory settings.
