Fully working and has a new battery. Includes plug charging lead. Has windows mobile installed and has stylus pen to use the touch screen. I have deleted the previous users name and messages but there are over 100 contacts that need deleting. The PDA has a sim card slot under the battery. I could not figure out how to get it to connect home wifi but i think phone data will work on it. VAT receipt will be posted.
