This vacuum works well and picks up well. However there is a tear in the head attachment. It still vacuums well despite this but would be doing it some justice to replace the head attachment. Other than this one thing that is photographed its a perfect vacuum. All filters have been cleaned. This uses a hepa filter at the back also. Any questions please ask
